Topps Remembers – Nearly Perfect

Last week, I shared A Baseball Lesson, a Joe Morgan feature from Topps Magazine’s excellent “Topps Remembers” series. This time, we’re going back to the Summer 1992 issue (#11), which featured another piece by Skip Rozin titled Nearly Perfect, profiling Hall of Famer Tom Seaver. The article looks back at Seaver’s remarkable career, his role in transforming the New York Mets into World Series champions, and his complicated relationship with the franchise and its fans.
