The 1968 Topps 3-D cards have become one of the hottest vintage topics in the hobby right now, but they were only the beginning of a much longer 3-D card story. Covering the company’s 1970 debut through its later issues, O’Connell explored the appeal, variations, challenges, and collecting history of a set that helped define 1970s food-issue cards. Big fan of anything 3D Kellogg’s related. I’ll have to bookmark and read the magazine article when I have more time. But I did glance at what the book values were. Kinda surprised that the 1971 set was value so much higher than all of the other sets from that era.
