One question I get asked all the time is: “How do you keep up with everything happening in the hobby?”
The honest answer has never been glamorous. For years, it’s meant juggling RSS readers, e-mail filters, YouTube subscriptions, eBay saved searches, Google News alerts, social media lists, auction house websites, and countless browser tabs. Eventually I realized I was spending almost as much time finding information as I was actually reading it.
So I decided to build the tool I wished already existed.
Welcome to PostWarCards Wire
PostWarCards Wire is a free hobby news aggregator that brings together updates from more than 200 sources into a single homepage.
The Wire currently tracks:
- Blogs
- Newsletters
- Industry updates
- Auction houses
- YouTube channels
- Podcasts
- Marketplace activity
- Hobby media
- And much more
Rather than bouncing between dozens of websites throughout the day, collectors can quickly see what’s new from across the hobby in one place.
Collector’s Pulse
One feature I’m especially excited about is Collector’s Pulse.
Each day, it analyzes everything collected by the Wire to produce an AI-assisted daily briefing highlighting the biggest stories, market activity, recurring themes, and notable trends across the hobby.
It’s designed to answer a simple question: “What happened today that collectors should know about?”
This Is Just the Beginning
The current version is only the starting point.
I have a long list of features I’d like to build, and I’d love your feedback. If there are websites, newsletters, podcasts, YouTube channels, or other sources you’d like to see included, please let me know. Suggestions can be submitted through the Contact page.
I hope you’ll take a few minutes to explore the Wire, and I look forward to hearing what you think.
