1971 Topps Basketball #144 Checklist 1-145
There are two variations of Checklist #1 in the 1971 Topps Basketball set. The scarcer version is where the copyright extends to #108 on the back rather than ending at #110. Today, PSA designates the variation on the front, but that wasn’t the case in its earliest days of slabbing cards, so some won’t have a designation.
You can see the variation on the back of the card. On the right side, where the copyright text ends, you can see on the card pictured on the left (extends to #108) that the “U.S.A.” extends to card #108 on the checklist (Stu Lantz), whereas on the right (extends to #110), the “U.S.A.” ends at card #110 (Lou Hudson).
