1946 Browns Sears Overview

These cards were issued to commemorate the debut season of the Cleveland Browns in the All America Football Conference. The cards come on heavy white paper stock and feature black and white player photos. The backs of the cards have a team schedule. Below the photo is the player’s name and position followed by a request to follow the browns on WGAR radio and a Sears, Roebuck, and Company sponsorship.

The John Yanakor example may have come from a team booklet, for more about the set and the Yanakor specifically, check out this thread.
