Here’s a trio of beautiful pieces of baseball Americana: 1950s–60s baseball calendars, courtesy of The Northern Ohio Oldtime Baseball Players Association, Inc.

They were available in Ron Oser Enterprises’ April 2001 catalog with the following description:
A trio of full-color 16″ x 33 1/2″ posterboard calendars featuring three of baseball’s most prolific hitters. These calendars have printed “Compliments of The Northern Ohio Oldtime Baseball Players Association, Inc.” at the bottom, and two are personalized “To a good Sportsman…” Includes: Honus Wagner 1955 complete 12 month calendar pad, intact but taped to the board. Some edge wear and minor creasing (VG). Mel Ott – 1960 complete, intact 12 month calendar pad (EXMT). Rogers Hornsby 1964 with only December page remaining (EX). Each calendar has the original metal frame “strips” along the top and bottom from which the calendar could be hung.
Other companies printed calendars featuring these same images that were from the collection of the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum.

Other prodcuts were useded featuring these images, too, like playing cards.

Happy collecting!
