1965 Super Duper Markets Buffalo Bills Overview
Super Duper Food Markets distributed these Robert L. Smith (the Bills team photographer) photograph cards in their western New York stores as a weekly giveaway in the fall of 1965. The Bills were the reigning AFL Champions.
The front features posed black and white action shots, and the backs are blank.
The “cards” are unnumbered. Tales from the AFL has a photo of each card.

I’ve never seen a slabbed copy, but they may exist. That said, the cards are relatively inexpensive, so they may not really warrant encapsulation. For example, Rockhurst Auctions sold this lot of four for $58 in December 2004.
