Specs

Year: 1987-88

Title: Chicago Bulls Entenmann’s

Size: 2-5/8’’ x 4″

Number in Set: 12

Overview

Twelve cards make up this set which the Bulls gave away to each fan at one of their 1987-88 season home games.

The cards feature a large photo bordered in white. Beneath the photo are the player’s jersey number, name, height, and position. Beneath the vitals is Entenmann’s logo.

The backs are blank and unnumbered, but you’ll often find the set numbered by uniform number.

You’ll find the third-party graders confused the 1987/88 and 1988/89 sets quite often when encapsulating these cards, which is why you will see descriptions on some of the flips.

These days (around May/June 2023), PSA 8 Jordans sell for around $250, while Gem Mint 10s are closer to $1500-1750 rather than the $2-4k+ they were going for in the hobby runup in 2021. A PSA 9-graded Pippen sold for $180 in April 2023, while the last 10 I could find went for $360 in October 2022, a far cry from $1200-$3500 prices in 2021.

The following sealed set is listed on eBay for the Buy it Now price of $650 (May 2023).
